Daisy Kynd and her father, August, run F & D Kennels, a unique sanctuary built on an old converted barn where greyhounds are trained and rehabilitated with love instead of force. Dedicated to giving neglected animals a fresh start, their quiet lives are disrupted by the arrival of Thunder and Lightning—two severely abused rescues carrying physical and emotional scars.
