It tells the story of fairies who weave a magic cloak one day that has the ability to grant it's owner one wish. That's all, just one. After this they must then give it away to another person who will then have a wish of their own. The travels of this magic cloak through it's owners and their adventures and misadventures makes this book truly magical and fun to read.
