Leave Trauma Behind

Traumatic incidents can result in people suffering from a range of anxiety disorders, which are linked to our natural survival system, the flight-or-fight response. Problems occur when the fight-or-flight response is triggered when we are not in real physical danger, when we are simply reacting to a faulty template stored in the limbic system of the brain.

The rewind technique that you will learn and use in this download will correct these faulty templates so that the fight-or-flight response is only triggered in the event of real danger.

Mark Bjaer is a director of the London Human Givens Centre and a qualified Human Givens practitioner.

E Motion Downloads are based on the Human Givens approach to mental healing and health – the newest and most radical school of psychology of the last 40 years. This rapidly expanding approach is UK based and dates just from the mid 1990s.

The E Motion audio-series can complement your Human Givens therapy but can also be used as part of a stand alone self-help programme.
