This book touches on believing in yourself, dealing with mental illness and the affects it has on our professionals who are trained to service the community. The difficult decisions on the job, that are experienced, while having to serve and protect our fellow citizens, in the most turbulent situations, is touched upon throughout the audiobook. It is about learning to have patience and listening to each others dreams, losses, and sticking together throughout one anothers internal struggles. Resilience In The Rain is about not magnifying how big your troubles are but magnifying how big your God is. It is about respecting all races, gender, and religions that focus on the goodness in life for all cultures.
