Having the urge and inquisitiveness to learn and explore, Shivkumar Javdekar earned his Civil Engineering degree from Maharashtra Institute of Technology (MIT), University of Pune. Getting the perfect head start, Shivkumar started his career as a Junior Engineer with the esteemed Shapoorji Pallonji at their Mercedes Benz (c/o Tata Motors) plant in Pimpri, Pune. Discovering his interests in construction, he went on to work with eminent names in the real-estate industry.

He then co-founded Pandit Javdekar with Rahul Pandit, who shared his vision and passion for excellence and achievement. A stickler for perfection, Shivkumar personally scrutinizes every aspect of the construction and business at large to make sure that as the business grows, the fineness and innovations are enhanced to suit the scale. Through his perseverance and actions he attests, ‘We are in this business not just because it is lucrative, we are here for the joy of creation.’
