Bevat vooral algemeene algemeenheden. Er staat wel wat nuttige informatie in over verschillende soorten, maar de informatie is te algemeen om een goed beeld te krijgen wat wanneer en waar gezaaid kan worden. Verder is de auteur niet erg consuquent qua gebruik van eenheden. Acre en hecatare word bijv. Door elkaar gebruikt.
