Great great great book! Would recommend to actually anyone who is trying to make something (better) for someone. Just anyone who wants to know more info about their customer! A MUST READ!

Grote aanrader voor iedereen die customer of user interviews doet of wil gaan doen! Moest een paar minuutjes wennen aan de stem, maar hij is super authentiek en ik heb een grote voorkeur voor de auteur als voorlezer.
