Waardeloos gemonteerd (dubbeling, hoofdstukindeling klopt niet) en slechte nidra sessie. 2x 15 min ipv half uur (wat al kort is). Opbouw: Bodyscan en dan even wat onzinnige tekst over empowerment waarna een paar kreten herhaald worden op te luide rij, daarna is het al klaar. Hier kan je onderbewuste niks mee hoor…
