There are countless days in our lives that bring us challenges. And some days, those challenges seem insurmountable. That is why it is important to prepare the heart and mind for the challenges set before us. The heart and mind contribute in different ways to the success of relationships and the overcoming of challenges. This book explores human potential and reveals important secrets to living a life of purpose through the lens of competition. The first part of the book delves into the rich and fulfilling rewards that can be gained when we allow the heart to be competitive. This book describes how we can manage the polarity and internal tension in life, combining the actions of the heart and mind as we engage in leadership roles, to achieve our ambitions as individuals and members of social groups.
