Self-Hypnosis to Boost Self-Esteem Self-esteem is the measure of the confidence that you have in yourself. Self-esteem is measured by several factors such as the achievements you have made in your life, your relationships with others, and whether or not you are satisfied with your overall life. When your self-esteem is failing you, it can lead you to be more tolerant of abusive situations and relationships, fall short of your potential in life, or even become depressed and discouraged.

Too often people are subjected to a steady diet of disapproval and discouragement from those people who are closest to them and who are supposed to be their biggest allies. It is easy to believe the negative words from someone close to you. Heard repeatedly, over time, these negative thoughts become entrenched in your subconscious.

A healthy individual can withstand the effects of this type of verbal abuse, but it is the rare individual who can ignore such negativity forever. Eventually, this will lead to poor relationships with others, professional setbacks, and poor quality of life. Poor self-esteem will lead people to feelings of: • Depression • Hopelessness • Lack of motivation • Boredom • Lack of assertiveness • Negative feelings and thoughts

There are ways to overcome the steady diet of negativity. Personal self-esteem is a flexible thing. It can fall and rise on the basis of a word or a look. One of the best ways to overcome poor self-esteem is hypnosis.

The key to improving personal self-esteem and self-confidence is to reduce or eliminate the negative thoughts and feelings from the inner mind. The subconscious is the driving force behind self-confidence and self-esteem.

Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool that will reprogram your mind and reset the negative thoughts in your subconscious.
