Football Ramble

No team has ever won a quadruple, but it doesn't stop us getting excited about the possibility every season. This year, Arsenal were in the conversation before they were dumped out of both the FA Cup and the League Cup. Alas, the quadruple is out of reach for another season - but will it ever be done?

Marcus, Jim & David reach a verdict on that, before picking our all-time favourite players to have dragged their careers back from the brink. We also entertain the idea of restricting how often teams can change managers in a season (sorry, Spurs fans) and, inspired by the Artemis II launch, decide which players we'd take to the moon.

It was a sickening night for the Kingdom and our friends in the Republic of Ireland. Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland all saw their chances of World Cup glory slip away from them. Those brave boys will have to watch on from home, but not England and Scotland, they march on!
