This book is not about supreme fitness or a new approach to nutrition or an extreme sporting adventure. It will not offer insights to everyone, or big surprises, but it is a story of focusing on a personal goal, breaking down the key things that will make it work and dedicating until the end.

Hopefully, it will bring some help. maybe some inspiration but definitely it tells the everyday person's approach to running a marathon from scratch.
