Naprawę ciekawa, pomimo że pierwsza faza książki wskazywała, że będzie to miałkie YA. A książka jest czymś pomiędzy właśnie fantasy młodzieżowym, zwykłym i baśnią. Świat nie jest bardzo rozbudowany, bo w takim baśniowym ujęciu świat się raczej zarysowuje, odmalowuje i w Uprooted wg mnie naprawdę jest magiczno, mroczno-bajkowy klimat. Dużo się dzieje i zaskakuje. Przyjemna narracja lektorki.

Książka przypominajaca pozycje Sarah J. Maas ale bez takiego rozmachu. Dodatkowym smaczkiem są liczne polskie nawiązania (Agnieszka, Kasia, Staszek, Danka, Radomsko i wiele innych).

Would love to have the leading lady be a lady age, and not a teenager. The ebding feels a bit too crowded and rushed, but other than that, it is a pleasant book to read.
