Utopia

"Utopia" is a work of political philosophy and speculative fiction written by Sir Thomas More and first published in 1516. The book is set in the fictional island of Utopia and is presented as a dialogue between More himself and Raphael Hythloday, a traveler who claims to have visited the island.

In "Utopia," More and Hythloday discuss various aspects of Utopian society, including its political organization, social structure, economy, and customs. The island of Utopia is depicted as an ideal society characterized by communal ownership of property, religious tolerance, and a focus on education and the common good.
