Changing Worlds

A propulsive and thrilling chase through the multiverse as a washed-up writer joins an elite crew of scouts on a mission to stop terrorists destroying entire realities. Perfect for fans of character-driven multiverse adventures such as The Space Between Worlds by Micaiah Johnson, and The Long Earth series by Terry Pratchett and Stephen Baxter Tim Drake is bottoming out. Having failed to sell his new book he finds himself without a publisher, an agent, a partner, and now a job, something needs to change. But when they do, it's the wrong things – the café on the corner, the bank that's now a burger restaurant, maybe even who he's meant to be. Suddenly broken off from his reality, Tim finds himself wheeling through new worlds. Dangerous places, worlds that have no place for him. And when his path leads him to Fred, a grizzled soldier who travels between worlds, and Zhue, a mysterious person sent back from 5,000 years in the future, he discovers events far greater than his next book are at stake. Zhue and Fred are on the trail of John Cho, a man who is destroying entire worlds, and who killed Fred's last team. And with no way home, Tim must join them on a deadly pursuit through realities and time, or risk losing his entire world.
