Ouyang Yaoyao learns the immutable law of the martial world when her father, the great General Ouyang Shan, has a past that catches up to him. Feng escapes with Yaoyao to a nearby mountain where the heavy snow forced the two to shelter together through winter.

Feng and Yaoyao learn to trust one another in order to survive the harsh environment and grow close. One day, the young swordsman reveals an astonishing secret about her father’s dark past.
