Finley tells us that on a day to day basis our lives are a kind of “constant hopping from one identity to another.” He describes this as the location from which we are operating. He suggests we ask ourselves the question: Are we choosing the location of fear and anxiety, which supports knee-jerk reactions, or one of mindfulness and a tuning into our true nature?
