PTSD: How to Handle Trauma in Marriage and Survivor’s Guilt

Many people believe grieving is only something we do when somebody we care about dies. But there are many other reasons why we grieve. Smaller but similarly serious sorrows can include the loss of a job, a broken relationship, unmet expectations, frustration or disappointment because of failure, and so much more.

Two other subjects will also be discussed in this book. The first relates to handling PTSD in your marital relationship. If you are married to someone who has a traumatic disorder, there are many pieces of advice that can help you deal with that person and these side effects better.
