49ers Talk with Matt Maiocco

Brock Purdy's return sparked the 49ers' offense, it also brought a much needed divisional win in a blowout against the Cardinals. Purdy threw for three touchdowns on Sunday, two of which went to a favorite target in tight end George Kittle and the other went to offensive fulcrum Christian McCaffrey, who leads the NFL in scrimmage yards this season through Week 11. Skyy Moore set the tone, returning the opening kickoff 98 yards to the 1-yard line, setting up a McCaffrey 1-yard touchdown run. San Francisco maintained control throughout the game, one in which Arizona did itself no favors accumulating a franchise-record 17 penalties. San Francisco did not escape Arizona unscathed though, as kicker Eddy Piñeiro suffered a hamstring injury in the third quarter that could force the team to bring in a new kicker. On this episode of '49ers Talk,' co-hosts Matt Maiocco and Jennifer Lee Chan break down San Francisco's outstanding performance against the Cardinals Sunday at State Farm Stadium. 49ers stick to their strategy as trade deadline passes without a move

The 49ers bounced back in a big way with a statement win over the New York Giants. San Francisco was laser focused in all three phases, never looking back after taking a second-quarter lead. The 49ers' offense was humming all afternoon, scoring a season-high 34 points while Christian McCaffrey added a pair of touchdowns along with 173 total yards. How does 49ers trade acquisition Keion White fit with team?

The 49ers came into Week 8 knowing the Texans' defense was elite, but it was Houston's struggling offense that took over Sunday at NRG Stadium. Heavily scrutinized QB C.J. Stroud executed a sound game plan for the Texans, while 49ers teammates George Kittle and Jake Tonges each caught a touchdown on on national Tight Ends Day to keep San Francisco's comeback hopes alive.
