What do the defense investments mean for the real estate market?Sweden aims to spend 3.5 percent of GDP on military expenditures by 2030 at the latest. In addition, 1.5 percent will be invested in civil defense and infrastructure, as well as other areas related to defense. With these investments, interest in defense-related properties and infrastructure is increasing. Here, we compare Sweden with other countries and ask what is specific about defense-related properties.

Målet är att redan till 2030 ska inga av MKBs områden definieras som utsatta enligt polisens lista. Metoden används i Rosengård sen ett drygt år tillbaka. I våras utökades metoden till två nya bostadsområden. Vilka resultat ser man hittills?

Prisutdelning Archus hållbarhetsinnovationsprisArchus hållbarhetsinnovationspris har instiftats med syfte att belysa och hjälpa innovationer som på ett konkret sätt kan bidra till en mer hållbar bygg- och fastighetsbransch i Sverige. Ansökningen ska gälla en i startgroparna för lansering, eller nyligen lanserad kommersiellt gångbar innovation eller affärsidé. Urvalskriterier är samhällsvinst sett till ekologisk, ekonomisk och social hållbarhet samt genomförbarhet.
