During a sidebar for the case of USA v. Sean Combs - the judge tells the defense attorneys:

 

“Well, that is victim blaming. That is literally that's like if you had a dictionary that had a term victim blaming, like that would be the explanation that you'd be given, so it can't be that. It has to be something else.”

 

He clarifies that they themselves are not victim blamers; however, some of their questions could not be accepted in open court for their rather victim blaming nature.

Deputy: In the matter of USA v. Combs, how do you find the defendant, Sean Combs, for count one, racketeering conspiracy?

 

Juror 5: Not guilty. 

 

There’s a small gasp from Diddy’s two rows of friends and family. 

 

Deputy: As for sex trafficking of Casandra Ventura, how do you find the defendant?

Juror 5: Not guilty.

 

Someone from the same section of the gallery says “yeah!!” It was quiet but in the tension of the courtroom it is clear that everyone heard it. His kids have broken into smiles, happily nodding. 

 

Deputy: Transportation for purposes of prostitution related to Casandra Ventura?

 

Juror 5: Guilty.

 

There’s no reaction. 

 

Deputy: As for sex trafficking of Jane, how do you find the defendant?

Juror 5: Not guilty.

 

Teny Geragos tightly grips Sean Combs’s hand across the table as the defense team exchanges positive looks.

 

Deputy: Transportation for purposes of prostitution related to Jane? 

Juror 5: Guilty.

 

As the entire courtroom stands and watches the jury leave, Combs continues to nod and clasp his hands in prayer directed towards the jurors; a silent ‘thank you.’

 

Basically the moment the jury walk out of the room, Marc Agnifilo, Sean Combs's lead defense attorney immediately petitions the Judge.

 

Judge: Are you proposing he just walk outside now?

Agnifilo: Yes…

She was rushing to the emergency room - her 5-year-old son was in the back. Every minute could mean life or death. He had been having seizures all day.

The to do list for the party mainly consists of purchasing groceries, cleaning the upstairs rooms, and airing out the pungent smell in the bathrooms. 

17 year old Cassandra grabs the bottle of bleach and pours it out onto the bathroom floors. There. That should do. 

Her boyfriend, Johnny, helps her glue the bathroom door shut. Sealing it with a caulk gun. There. Now nobody can get in and nobody can get out. 

But more importantly - the smell won’t get downstairs and ruin the vibes. 

“It’s a sewage issue.” That’s what they tell the party guests. 

19 year old Johnny had used the restroom and because the sewer lines were blocked up he couldn’t flush. Excuse the smell. 

They did not tell them that they were getting high right under 2 dead bodies that were decomposing upstairs.

“I’m going to use the restroom real quick.”

Jia’s husband opens his eyes and looks at his phone. It’s 1AM. The two of them are on an overnight train heading home. He blinks before ripping his blanket off to escort his wife - 

“No, it’s okay. I have my phone with me. Just stay here. I’ll be back quick.”

She leaves for the restroom - careful to not wake up any of the other passengers in the sleeper carriage. She climbs down the bunk bed steps and balances through the aisle to the restroom. 

BAM. Jia’s husband eye’s fly open and he checks the time. 1:30AM. It’s been thirty minutes and his wife is not back from the restroom. Strange… 

He searches the entire carriage before alerting the train conductor… 

“Please you have to help my wife is missing!”

The train conductor smiles at him.

“Don’t be ridiculous. Nobody goes missing on a moving train.”

#365: His Wife Vanished On A Moving Train - Everybody On Train Is A Suspect

A man is laying face first, unconscious in his living room. Alyssa and Vanessa are standing over him. Alyssa reaches for the zip ties and binds his ankles together, three zip ties thick. Vanessa on the other hand is terrified. She’s screaming in her head to ‘STOP! This needs to stop! It’s taking things too far!’ But the words won’t come out; the only thing she can do is wait for a moment when Alyssa looks away—then Vanessa dives for the scissors. She cuts the zip ties off his ankles.

“NO!” Alyssa forces Vanessa aside and reties his ankles and his wrists. Vanessa lost her chance. She can only watch helplessly as Alyssa yields a massive hunting knife and sends it plunging into the man’s neck. Then she begins sawing—back and forth. They watch the blood soak into the carpet.

Police would later find the victim, Harold Sasko, and announce that his suspected killer was a 19 year old girl named Sarah.

However this episode is NOT Harold’s story. Neither Alyssa’s, nor Vanessa’s. This is the case of Sarah McLinn, diagnosed with DID, and the many, many people who believe she should be free.

#367: Girl With Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) Kills Her "Abuser"

Somi doesn’t normally go through her husband’s things, but their house has been so cluttered, she’s going to lose her mind. From the back of their closet, she comes across old VHS tapes and a VHS player that she doesn’t recognize. Home movies, old memories? She pushes the tape in and presses play.

The screen lights up. It’s a bed and two naked bodies. Her husband… and another girl laying next to him. There are words written all over both of their bodies in thick marker, words like ‘Prince’ and ‘King.’

Then Somi sees the blood.

The girl has a long slice down her private area; she’s bleeding, trembling, completely terrified. The male—her husband’s voice—snaps at the girl, “Endure it even if it hurts.” Then he proceeds to SA her. Somi is frozen—but her mind is in overdrive—she can’t shake the feeling that she knows the girl—she can’t place a name but she recognizes the girl’s face.

It was the same one on the missing posters in town.

The girl in the video was the little, 8-year-old girl that had gone missing a year ago.
