Katarina Johnson-Thompson is one of Britain’s most successful multi-event athletes.

The Liverpool-born star is a two-time World Champion in the heptathlon , an Olympic silver medallist, and a double Commonwealth Games champion, as well as a World Indoor champion in the pentathlon, making her one of the leading combined-event athletes of her generation.

It’s Radox’s second year as the official Bath & Shower Gel Partner of the TCS London Marathon and KJT will be at the race with them, to meet all the runners!

Over the Himalayas, through the plains and jungles of the subcontinent and covering nearly 4000km.

It's a journey that has changed his outlook on life and seen him raise thousands for charity, even supported by his boyhood club - Liverpool FC.

Love Island and Made In Chelsea star Casey O’Gorman rose to fame on our TV screens with his humour, confidence and honest approach to relationships.

Alongside his career, his passion for running has seen him run multiple marathons around the world and fundraise for causes close to his heart.

An episode full of inspiration and open discussion about his motivations - alongside his usual energy!

Our guest today is the incredible Mark Ormrod OBE. Mark is a former Royal Marine, Invictus Games Athlete, Author and Motivational Speaker.

On Christmas Eve 2008 Mark triggered an improvised explosive device during a routine foot patrol, that resulted in unimaginable injuries. Injuries that resulted in a triple amputation.

Mark’s mindset, and determination to not be defeated by his injuries is incredible. Since the explosion, he’s defied the odds and hasn’t owned a wheelchair since his first year of the accident.

If he wants you to know one thing: it’s don’t take the small things, like being able to get out for a run, for granted...
