Free ME is a beautifully recorded meditation based album especially developed for those who suffer from ME/CFS. It aims to show sufferers how to release self-limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns, that can prevent recovery, through meditation techniques and self-hypnosis.

The authors, Nicola Haslett and Samantha Redgrave-Hogg, previous M.E sufferers, Gupta Programme NLP coaches and experts in the field of CFS and fibromyalgia, have helped guide thousands of sufferers all over the world into full health. They both feel incredibly passionate about helping people with the condition as they understand the affects and consequences of CFS. They are now both fully recovered and want to help others achieve health and happiness.

Track 1: This is an information based 50 minute track where Samantha and Nicola explain in detail the common personalities shared between those with the condition and the negative patterns of thinking involved, including the perfectionist drive to achieve, gain approval and help others. They also share their own stories of recovery.

Track 2: The second track consists of a 50 minute, gentle and deeply soothing Inner Child meditation. This calming and relaxing meditation will help to calm the systems of the body down and it will enable sufferers to learn how to talk to themselves more kindly.

Track 3, 4 and 5: These consist of 3 mini meditations, specifically designed for the three most common personality types; The Achiever, The Helper and The Approval Seeker. Each mini meditation is 20 minutes long and tailored to the needs of each different personality type.

IMPORTANT: Do not listen to hypnosis recordings whilst driving or operating heavy machinery.
