Inspired by her daughters and their love of so many characters, this story developed as author Kelly Wiseman found mindfulness through her yoga practice and healing through a heavy metal detox. “Katie Ladybug” and her teachings on inner guidance will hopefully bring out each young reader’s own superpowers.
