Girija's husband, Shekhar, is here to confront her regarding the talks taking place in town about her and the Gurkha. Girija finally has decided to end it all with him and vows to find her daughter by reopening the case. One evening, she shares her past with Gurkha and crying inconsolably she shows a picture of her and Nammu to Gurkha. It is the same picture that Gurkha has carried with him for a long time now. He takes out the copy of the same picture. How did the Gurkha get the picture?
