Her struggles with her narcissistic husband at home, and during her employment with a retail giant that portrays a wholesome public image; which masks the corruption within including Green Teeth; Mrs Hitler, Pocket Billiards, Cockers, Giant, Disciplinarian and Sparkle Pants.

She then has to fight both her abusive husband and her employer through the courts to protect her teenage children and herself.

Culminating in her escape to a life that's safe and free in her own home while reflecting on how much she has achieved in her 16 years of freedom since leaving her abusive husband, tinged with a little sorrow that she had not had the courage to leave her old life sooner as she knows things could have been so different.
