Sarah Burke and her daughter Poppy have vanished. Luce and her colleague, Detective Ritter, have several suspects, including the ex-husband, who claims Sarah struggled as a parent, and her new boyfriend. As they put the clues together, the city is shaken by another horrifying incident. Addressing this new crisis quickly becomes priority.
