Bruce

The tale follows Bruce from his life as a puppy through his training as a courier dog and onto his service as a heroic war dog during the First World War. Albert Payson Terhune was a master of the 'dog story' and produced many popular novels featuring collies. He was also a respected collie breeder himself.
