"Pip is living a quiet life as an excavation leader in Scottish archaeology. He is a trusted friend and a talented professional who has been digging through the soil in the pursuit of knowledge for over twenty years. And while there are no major problems in Pip’s life, he’s just a tad bored…

Then enters Jacki – a woman who represents an extraordinary alien race capable of interstellar travel.
