Though the audio could have been better. The book is really good for people who are just starting with their company/ product and how to test/ gather knowledge on it and see what people actually need. It consists of 8 chapters: asking good questions, avoiding bad data, keeping it casual, pushing for commitments and advancements, framing the meeting (very few wizards properly ask), customer segmentation, prepping and reviewing before and after your meetings.
