TouchPoints: Creating Powerful Leadership Connections in the Smallest of Moments

Many leaders perceive interruptions in their days as annoying and troublesome. However, the authors see interruptions and other incidental points of contact as opportunities to promote the organizations values, purpose, and agenda.
