Lethal Command (A Derek Vesper Action Thriller—Book 3)

“Thriller writing at its best.” --Midwest Book Review (Any Means Necessary) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

LETHAL COMMAND (Book #3) is the third book in a gripping new action thriller series from the #1 bestselling and USA Today bestselling author Jack Mars (with over 10,000 five-star reviews). The series begins with LETHAL FORCE (Book #1).

Former Army Ranger and ex-NASCAR driver Derek Vesper is used to high velocity, whether its wheels, wings or skis. Assumed to be KIA in a firefight, Derek, unknown to anyone, uses his unique skills as a secret government operator to work outside the scope of protocol and to embrace the most dangerous—and fraught—of missions….

In LETHAL COMMAND (Book #3), extracting a North Korean defector from the world's most heavily fortified border was already a suicide mission. Now with enemy forces closing in, Derek Vesper must orchestrate an escape across impossible terrain using everything from farm trucks to freight trains. The DMZ has never seen a chase like this—and neither has the Yellow Sea that stands between freedom and capture.

The Derek Vesper series delivers pulse-racing thrills and knife-edge suspense that seizes your attention with an iron grip. Featuring spectacular action sequences and mind-blowing twists, this series will propel you through a rollercoaster ride, from dynamite openings to jaw-dropping finales. Ideal for readers who love the works of Daniel Silva, Brad Taylor, and Vince Flynn.

Future books in the series are also available!

“Thriller enthusiasts who relish the precise execution of an international thriller, but who seek the psychological depth and believability of a protagonist who simultaneously fields professional and personal life challenges, will find this a gripping story that's hard to put down.” --Midwest Book Review, Diane Donovan (regarding Any Means Necessary) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“One of the best thrillers I have read this year. The plot is intelligent and will keep you hooked from the beginning. The author did a superb job creating a set of characters who are fully developed and very much enjoyable. I can hardly wait for the sequel.” --Books and Movie Reviews, Roberto Mattos (re Any Means Necessary) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
