Meanwhile, Elias Vance, a technician driven by a crippling gambling addiction, discovers a way to manipulate the dream feeds for his own gain, unknowingly accelerating the city’s descent into chaos. Adding another layer of complexity, a secret society, the Lucid Collective, emerges from the shadows, manipulating the dream energy for their own enigmatic purposes.
