#1 The speaker, Leonard Lake, was going to build a secret room that would house a cell. He would imprison a young woman there, and have complete control over her.

#2 I am a sexist slob. I enjoy using women and, of course, women aren’t particularly interested in being used. I don’t want to bother or entertain or satisfy a woman's whims of emotional whatevers. I just want an off-the-shelf sex partner.

#3 In his fantasy, Lake would leave flying insects for the dog. More erotic prey occupied his mind. He planned to build a sex-slave bunker, and he was already digging a foundation for it.
