#1 I had been awake since dawn. I was invited up to the grand patio for lunch. I was relaxed, and suddenly I awoke vomiting blood that covered the bed like a scene out of The Godfather. I had been speaking, once my joy and lifeblood, but now it was an hourly struggle.
