Running Bittersweet has been nothing short of a rollercoaster—and not the fun kind. Between kitchen fires and unreliable helpers, I've been on a first-name basis with disaster.

Enter Constantine.

With his teenage brother in tow, Constantine whips up pastries with an expertise that leaves me both impressed and intrigued.
