 Today I am here, sharing my work experience and from where I can tell you in great detail how to operate a restaurant with the highest standards. Additionally, I can help you achieve excellence in areas of operations and how to protect the interests of franchise brands, both from a corporation's point of view and also from the franchisee's side. This has allowed me to accumulate knowledge and develop great experience in this business sector. I have trained many managers and directors so that they can develop their skills and put skills into practice. I am a firm believer that training is the foundation of operational excellence. Without a good training program you cannot achieve the consistency that companies seek to be able to replicate the systems in the country where the brand was born, import to other territories and become global brands.
