En México el panorama no es alentador. Parecería que autoridades y criminales son dos caras de la misma moneda; el tipo de cambio: el miedo. El médico, protagonista de esta historia, nos recuerda que hay otras opciones además de callar o huir y que se puede y se debe luchar en contra de la injusticia y el abuso.

The scenery in Mexico isn't very encouraging; authorities and criminals appear as the two faces of the same coin whose exchange rate is fear. The doctor, who is the protagonist of this story, reminds us that there are other options besides silence or running away, and that we should and must fight against injustice and abuse.
