Phoenix Rising: Initiation

Past Lives, Galactic Forces, Eternal Love

"She stared in horror at the killing fields. Her right hand trembled as she held the blood-stained sword."

The preceding first line of the epic YA fantasy thrill-ride, Phoenix Rising: Initiation is just a harbinger of the immersive 21st-century interpretation of the classic battle of good vs evil, which deftly weaves together past lives, mythical creatures, interstellar conflict, and the timeless dance of soulmates into one desperate struggle for survival in a land of incrementally increasing peril.

Ayesha, a High Priestess of Sirius, scarred by a devastating event during the fall of Atlantis, is now condemned to an endless cycle of rebirth, until her karma is harmonized, and her destiny is embraced. Reincarnated in the present as Cassandra Oberon—a dream-walking computer prodigy and a rare Trybrid of Celestial, Human, and Devic DNA— her emergence heralds a pivotal stride in human evolution, marking her both as an emblem… and a target.

But Cassandra is not alone; her immortal soul mate Manu has inexplicably found her once more. And the Aquarian Avatars—seven souls foretold to guide humanity through an apocalyptic showdown between the Intergalactic Forces of Light and the Dark Brotherhood—are rising. Lurking in the shadows is a powerful Dark Lord, consumed by an unquenchable millennia-long obsession to claim her soul and halt the dawning of the Age of Aquarius.

Time is running out as the cosmic Shift of the Ages inches closer, threatening not just Cassandra's destiny, but the fate of every soul. Will the former High Priestess discover her profound paranormal abilities in time to thwart cosmic annihilation?
