A dismembered hand N47° 48.022 E013° 10.910 Two severed ears N47° 26.195 E013° 12.523 A mutilated corpse THANKS FOR THE HUNT When a young woman's corpse is discovered in a meadow, Detective Inspector Beatrice Kaspary from the local Salzburg murder squad knows that this is no ordinary homicide. The victim's body has a strange combination of letters and numbers tattooed on her feet that Kaspary quickly recognizes to be coordinates, but not for any ordinary map. The tattoos are GPS coordinates, used by scavenger hunting geo-cachers . . . only this hunt isn't a hobby, and it's not leading to treasure but to to murder. It's clear from the grisly clues the investigators find that the unfortunate woman is not to be the last victim. Detective Kaspary and her partner, Florin Wenninger, embark on a wild goose chase through the Austrian countryside in order to catch the killer before they end up in their own shallow grave, the would-be pawns in an unusual serial killer's terrifying and twisted game of life and death.
