We all have issues with who we are, and wish we could be better and more focused on our goals. Sometimes we have all the tools at hand to fulfill what we want, but blow it up because we have overestimated our own capacities.
But, when I sat down to write this book, I didn’t want to sound like an old professor who thinks they know everything there is to know about a matter. After all, we’re talking about a matter in which even the most powerful people in the world struggle with.
How to be confident is a book meant to help, gives a history as an explanatión so the readers know how to put in practice all the keys given.
