Mindful Adventures With Floppy

🐰 Mindful Adventures with Floppy

By Iwona Wiraszka

Meet Floppy, a gentle grey bunny with floppy ears and a big heart.

In this beautifully illustrated book of five short stories, children join Floppy as he navigates common challenges—school anxiety, feeling left out, pressure to win, and finding his way—through simple, powerful practices of mindfulness and presence.

Each story gently guides readers toward grounding in the Now, using calming techniques like deep breathing, nature awareness, and emotional honesty. With the help of a magical willow tree and quiet moments of reflection, Floppy shows kids how to handle big feelings in safe, peaceful ways.

Perfect for ages 6–9, Mindful Adventures with Floppy also includes:

A breathing activity to calm anxious minds

A playful recipe for fizzy dandelion lemonade

A magical willow wish spell

And more...

This heartwarming book encourages children and parents to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy life’s quiet magic—together.
