Mallory spent an incredible summer in Magnolia Sound full of family, fun times, and, of course, a little summer fling with her crush, Jacob. But after overhearing a conversation between Jacob and her Grandpa Zeke, she can't help but think that Jacob is keeping secrets from her. Now, she's a successful executive in New York City, working up the corporate ladder and making her family proud. But she still thinks about the summer crush she left behind in Magnolia Sound... When a storm is coming towards the east coast, she gets a call from her mother saying that Zeke won't evacuate his home, and Mallory knows she has only one hope of ensuring her grandfather is safe.
