#2 Candle charts are easy to understand and provide early indications of market turns. They also provide unique market insights that traditional bar and point and figure charts do not.

#3 Candle charts are a win-win situation. They require the same data as bar charts to be drawn, which means that any of the technical analyses used with bar charts can be applied with candle charts.
