The Underground

Cat Ubalve is being watched, and she no longer knows who’s on her side.

Waking in a hospital with no memory of how she got there, Cat fears she may have put the underground network in grave danger. The government is tracking her and it seems that even her closest friend has been recruited to spy on her. Her best hope for freedom is to earn the coveted waiver from the Proclamation.

But success comes with strings attached. While the government tightens its control, tensions underground reach a breaking point. Tessa has been fighting back, but Will discovers her plans for rebellion go far beyond restoring what the government has taken.

When Will and an unlikely ally reveal the truth about Tessa’s plans, Cat realizes the underground may be just as dangerous as the government it hopes to overthrow. Caught between two forces, Cat must decide whom she can trust before someone else makes the choice for her.
