Mocktail Recipe:

‘That’s The Price Of Raspberries’

1.5 oz Garden Seedlip

1 oz Hibiscus Tea

0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

0.75 oz Simple Syrup

2-3 Fresh Berries

2 Mint Leaves

Top with 3 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer

Muddle berries in a cocktail tin with simple syrup to incorporate flavor into the cocktail. Add

Seedlip, Hibiscus tea, lemon juice, and mint. Short shake and strain into a highball with ice. Top with Fever Tree Ginger Beer. Mix together. Garnish with a mint sprig.
