We explore how to help shy kids integrate into group settings without forcing them to perform, how to guide other children toward inclusion and empathy, and why patience is one of the most underestimated tools adults have.

Parentification has been a strong pattern for generations making it a reference for how we must raise our children. It is in fact so strong that parents who are now trying to break this cycle are being ridiculed and judged harshly for being "too soft" with their children.

Children should be allowed to be children.
