In this short, contrarian audiobook I seek to redress a few self-help myths. Firstly, that success looks sexy. Sometimes success is just turning up every day to your job and bringing up good kids. Success is what you ultimately value.

Secondly, success needn't be high paced, delivered in technicolour through an Insta-filter, or a TikTok thingamajig. It can take the form of a slow, but steady fulfilment of our life goal, delivered over a course of time, in which small but deliberate steps are being made to achieve a wondrous outcome.

This book is for that alternative way, the way of the sloth. I also provide some guided meditations to help propel you along your journey with sticky meditations that will help you set and achieve goals whilst eliminating distractions. And when you fail, you can dust yourself off, and try again. Because failure is guaranteed - success is in the constant striving for your outcome. Follow the signs.
