My love affair with the goal setting began as a child. My aspirations at that time were little more than wishes. To me, reaching the target was often an infuriating experience. It was rapturous for me in times of success and I experience a lot of anger whenever I fail. I've been struggling over three decades to learn what works and what doesn't, and have failed more times than I can remember.
