What will occur if you keep hammering on that door? Your muscles start to deteriorate as they renew and grow stronger to meet the demands of your workouts. The pain is worthwhile, so keep going, and bam! It gradually gets better. You only need to show up and put in the work to be consistent; you don't need to be the smartest or fastest student.
